Our Process

01. Plantation

We produce eucalyptus and pine seedlings based on rigorous genetic selection and quality criteria. Planting is carried out using forest management techniques that include soil preparation, proper spacing, and continuous monitoring of tree development.

Throughout the growth cycle, practices such as pruning and thinning are applied to guide tree development, ensuring raw material with improved structural performance and superior quality standards.

02. Harvesting

Harvesting is carried out based on operational planning that considers the ideal cutting time, forest utilization, and industrial demand. This process aims to maximize the wood’s potential with efficiency and control.

Each stage is conducted to preserve the raw material’s characteristics, ensuring productivity in the field and quality throughout the subsequent stages of the process.

03. Preparation

After harvesting, the logs go through a preparation process that includes cutting, cleaning, and standardization. At this stage, the wood’s dimensions and conditions are adjusted to ensure compatibility with the subsequent industrial processes.

This initial control is essential to optimize yield, reduce waste, and ensure greater efficiency throughout the transformation stages.

04. Cooking

The logs undergo a cooking process in a controlled environment, with temperature and duration defined according to the wood’s characteristics. This treatment increases flexibility, facilitating the peeling process into veneers.

In addition, cooking reduces internal stresses, contributing to the material’s stability and improved performance in the subsequent stages.

05. Lamination

During the lamination process, the logs are peeled into continuous veneers using high-precision equipment. This process allows maximum wood utilization while preserving its structural properties.

Controlling the thickness and uniformity of the veneers is essential to ensure consistency, quality, and performance in the final product.

06. Drying

The veneers go through a controlled drying process, where moisture is gradually and uniformly reduced. This control prevents warping, cracking, and dimensional variations.

The stability achieved at this stage is essential to ensure quality, strength, and reliability in the finished product.

07. Grading

After drying, the veneers are carefully evaluated and graded according to technical quality criteria, such as appearance, integrity, and structural characteristics.

This selection process allows each veneer to be directed to the most suitable application, ensuring standardization and consistent performance in the final product.

08. Assembly

The veneers are arranged and layered according to the cross-grain orientation of the fibers. This technique is essential to increase the mechanical strength and stability of the panels.

The assembly is carried out carefully, ensuring structural balance and uniform quality across the entire surface of the product.

09. Pressing

The assembled set is subjected to pressing under controlled conditions of pressure, temperature, and time. This process bonds the veneers together, forming solid and durable panels.

Strict control at this stage ensures uniformity, adhesion, and high structural performance in the final product.

10. Finishing

After pressing, the panels go through finishing processes that include cutting, squaring, sanding, and final adjustments. Every detail is carefully handled to ensure dimensional precision and an improved appearance.

This stage ensures a product ready for use, with visual and technical quality aligned with market requirements.

11. Packaging

The products are carefully organized and packaged using methods that protect them against impacts, moisture, and variations during transportation.

This process ensures that the sheets maintain their characteristics and quality until the moment of delivery.

12. Final Transport

Transportation is carried out with efficient logistical planning, considering routes, deadlines, and ideal conditions to preserve the material.
